Refund Policy

To ensure fairness to both our clients and our drivers, Alpha Executive Transport maintains the following cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made by contacting us through our designated communication channels listed on our website or confirmation email.
For standard reservations, cancellations made at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within twenty-four hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to full or partial charges, depending on the nature of the reservation and whether the driver has already been dispatched. If a driver is on the way or has arrived at the pickup location, the reservation will be considered fulfilled, and the full fare may be charged.
For special events, long-distance trips, premium vehicle bookings, or multi-hour reservations, cancellations may require additional notice. If such reservations are canceled with insufficient notice, deposits may be forfeited, and additional cancellation fees may apply. These terms will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
No-shows, defined as failing to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, will be charged the full fare. If your flight, appointment, or schedule changes, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to accommodate the change, although accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
