These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Alpha Executive Transport. By booking or using our chauffeur services, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by the following terms. Our services are available only to individuals who are legally capable of entering binding contracts, and by using our services you represent that you meet this requirement.
All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or by email. Once a reservation is submitted, we may contact you to confirm the details, including but not limited to pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, and payment method. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information. Any changes to an existing booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible and may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the change.
Payment for services may be required at the time of booking or at the completion of service, depending on the type of reservation. We reserve the right to request a deposit or full payment in advance for certain trips. All payments must be made using accepted methods listed on our website. Any unpaid balances must be settled immediately upon request. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the service or refusal of future bookings.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all passengers behave appropriately during the service. We reserve the right to terminate a ride without refund if a passenger engages in unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior, or if property damage occurs. The client will be financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.
We strive to arrive on time for all bookings; however, delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or cost resulting from delays, including missed flights or appointments. We recommend booking pickup times with sufficient buffer.
All personal items brought into our vehicles are the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. If we find items left behind, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the client, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any booking at our discretion. Reasons for refusal may include unsafe conditions, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or concerns for the safety of our drivers or vehicles.
By using our services, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, except when caused directly by our negligence. These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, and the most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
